Refund policy

If you wish to request a return, please submit a request throught the Returns & Exchanges Form within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and unworn. We recommend using the original packaging, as it’s return-ready and helps protect the item during transit.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

International Returns

Returns from outside the UK are also accepted under the same conditions. Additionally:

• Any original shipping charges or customs duties paid are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
